Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vindo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Vindo is a price intelligence platform for European resellers. The Service provides:

  • Real-time price lookups across Vinted, Kleinanzeigen, and Wallapop.
  • AI-powered camera scan, deal scoring, listing generator, and offer assistant.
  • Price monitoring with customisable filters and real-time notifications.
  • Sell log, ROI dashboard, and tax threshold tracking.
  • Photo studio with AI background removal and replacement.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service beyond the free tier's public features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person; automated or bulk account creation is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free tier — limited access at no cost, no payment required.
  • Paid tiers — billed monthly or annually via Stripe (web) or RevenueCat / App Store / Google Play (mobile).
  • Weekly Appetizer — a weekly plan available only during your first 28 days; auto-cancels after 4 weeks.
  • Renewals — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes — we may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their price until their next renewal after the notice period.

5. Credits

AI-powered features consume credits. Each paid tier includes a monthly credit allocation. Unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allocation. Additional credit packs may be purchased; these bypass the rollover cap and never expire.

Credits are non-refundable. If you downgrade or cancel, unused credits remain available until your current billing period ends.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a Service defect, contact support@vindo.app.
  • For mobile subscriptions, refunds are handled by Apple / Google per their respective policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or marketplace terms of service.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
  • Automate access to the Service beyond the provided APIs.
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and brand assets, is owned by Vindo and protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of content you create (sell log entries, listing text, photos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

  • Price estimates are indicative, not guarantees. Actual sale prices depend on item condition, demand, timing, and other factors beyond our control.
  • AI-generated content (deal scores, listing drafts, offer suggestions) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting output before use.
  • Marketplace availability and data accuracy depend on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or 100% accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of sales, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vindo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though Sections 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
